Chuck Mitchell is Senior Vice President and leads the Infrastructure Engineering Division. Chuck received a bachelor of science in civil engineering at the University of Arkansas and did postgraduate studies in civil engineering. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he is a registered professional engineer in 12 states and serves on the Board of ASCE in Oklahoma. Chuck is also very involved American Council of Engineering Companies, Association of General Contractors, National Council of Examiners for Engineering & Surveying, the Oklahoma Municipal League, and other professional organizations including the Metropolitan Tulsa Chamber of Commerce and is a board member for the Owasso Chamber of Commerce. Chuck has completed a number of community leadership classes including Leadership Tulsa, Leadership Owasso and Leadership Northwest Arkansas. He has 20 years experience in commercial/retail development and municipal infrastructure projects. He is known for his emphasis on client relationships and quality service.
