David Swearingen has a bachelor of arts in architecture and a bachelor of architecture, both from the University of Arkansas. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a registered architect in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. David has 30 years experience in architectural design, ranging in size from single-family residences to a $12,000,000 retail distribution center. He has been successful in guiding clients through the design process to produce quality solutions to complex design problems. David is known and recognized throughout northwest Arkansas for his emphasis on client relations and attention to client concerns throughout the course of his projects.
