Matt Crafton received his bachelor of science in civil engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and his masters of science in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico and Oklahoma, bringing valuable engineering experience through his worldwide Air Force civil engineering projects and management of several highway design projects. He was named the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Manager of the Year in 1993, and in 2002, the Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers named Matt Young Engineer of the Year. He currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserves. |
