Dassault Falcon Jet Paint Hangar

LOCATION:  Little Rock, Arkansas

Crafton Tull has provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for numerous projects for Dassault Falcon Jet. A more recent project was for a 62,000 square foot, four bay paint hangar, consisting of three down draft paint bays, one cross flow prep bay, shop areas and offices. Included in the mechanical design was the HVAC design for dehumidification and dry/cure functions in the paint bays and the required dilution airflow for prep and prime operation in the prep bay. The electrical design for the facility consisted of design for power, lighting, communications systems and safety/alarm. In addition to the domestic water, natural gas and sewer systems, plumbing design also included compressed air for the facility.
