LOCATION:  Fayetteville, Arkansas

The Crowne Apartment Complex is a 444-unit development located in the south part of Fayetteville, Arkansas. The 32-acre development included parking lots, detached garages, site grading, storm sewer piping, and detention ponds. A portion of the city’s public trail system, situated along Towne Branch Creek, was designed and constructed with the development.
