The Greens at Blossom Way

LOCATION:  Rogers, Arkansas

This 384-unit complex was tailored to provide residents with all the comforts of upscale living. Both multi-family and single-family units surround a nine-hole, executive golf course, and residents have access to a club house, swimming pool, and fitness center. Crafton Tull provided both civil engineering and survey services during the design and construction of this project. A flood study was conducted, and special attention was paid to creating aesthetically pleasing, efficient street design.
