First Baptist Church of Rogers

LOCATION:  Rogers, Arkansas

Crafton Tull provided civil engineering and surveying to support the Master Plan development and the Phase I construction documents for this 60-acre site in Rogers, Arkansas. The site includes four irrigated soccer/football fields and four softball/baseball fields. At a construction cost of $2,000,000, the Phase I work on the site included water and sanitary sewer mains, relocation of a sewer force main, relocation of a power transmission line and all of the drainage system and detention pond. Crafton Tull services included the topographic and boundary surveys, civil engineering design, cost estimating, specifications and construction contract administration.
