Highway 65 Bypass - Pine Bluff

This 11-mile, four lane bypass crosses four minor arterial streets, a railroad and four stream locations with twin-line bridges composed of prestressed, precast concrete beams with substructures of pile-supported, reinforced concrete bents or trestles. There are six split-diamond-type interchanges with twin main-line bridges set between two terminal interchanges as part of this project. Several large culverts in sizes up to 10 by 10 cross under the main lanes and service roads. Crafton Tull was responsible for all surveying, preliminary and final design of all roadways, all hydraulic calculations and design of the drainage structures of this joint venture project
