Mike Burns is an Executive Vice President and leads the Transportation Division at Crafton Tull, as well as being on the Board of Directors. He is a registered professional engineer in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. Mike's experience working with the Missouri Department of Transportation lends him insight into the challenges facing many state transportation departments. Mike is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and the Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers (ASPE).
