The Peco Foods CAS Expansion is a 120-acre industrial site in Pocahontas, Arkansas and includes the survey and site design of a 6.5-acre expansion project with a 32,800 square-foot building for the production facility. Crafton Tull was a part of the design-build plan and production, and corresponded with contractors, architects, and other affiliates throughout the project.

The civil engineering design included a site plan, demolition plan, drainage and grading, utility design of sanitary sewer and water, erosion control, and specifications. Stormwater was managed on a phasing basis for both temporary and final site operations. Vehicle tracking was utilized to design improvements for Peco Foods Operations. Crafton Tull ensured all applicable codes were met.
