The project includes new sidewalks, lighting, drainage improvements, and Low Impact Development (LID) streetscaping on Camp Robinson Road and Pike Avenue within the Levy neighborhood of North Little Rock. These infrastructure improvements were identified by the Imagine Central Arkansas Levy Jump Start study and master plan. 

The goal of the improvements are to improve walkability and access to the established small business community in the Levy neighborhood through street lane reductions, new on-street parking, and generous sidewalks. Through a series of public meetings and with the input of existing business owners, the first phase of the project from 33rd Street to 37th Street has been identified. Once the initial revitalization to the existing business community is realized, several future phases of the project are expected.
