Barry R. Williams is originally from Jackson, MS, and he is a registered landscape architect in the state of Arkansas. 

Throughout his career, Barry has served on the Arkansas State Board of Architects and Landscape Architects. He is a past president of the Arkansas Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects, a graduate of the Faulkner County Leadership Institute, a past chairman of the Conway Tree Board, and he was elected to two terms as Justice of the Peace for Faulkner County serving on the Quorum Court. During his public service on the Faulkner County Quorum Court, he was a member of the Roads and Infrastructure Committee, where he began leading the charge for the development of new roadway standards in the county.

Barry now lives in Rogers with his wife after relocating from Conway and is active the local community.
