Crafton Tull was hired to provide civil engineering, surveying, and construction administration for Elopak’s first U.S. production plant. Located at the Port of Little Rock, the facility features state-of-the-art technology to produce “Pure-Pak” cartons for liquid dairy, juices, plant-based products, and liquid eggs. 

The new plant represents a $70 million investment and brings more than 100 new jobs to the Port of Little Rock. Crafton Tull provided design for the 297,440-square-foot industrial warehouse building with 279 parking spaces, and 18 trailer spaces. Additionally, the team provided railroad coordination and detail drawings to accompany the plans.
