Pulaski County is required to follow MS4 requirements for its urbanized areas and had been mapping its stormwater systems using conventional surveying methods and inputting data into PAGIS by hand.

With Crafton Tull’s involvement, data collection is now done in a fraction of the time. Manual input of information is no longer necessary due to the customized computer software created by Crafton Tull’s staff. Information is automatically downloaded into PAGIS directly from field data. Data in the field is collected from GPS rovers that utilize fixed base stations.
