Troy serves as a Vice President within Crafton Tull’s Infrastructure Division and leads operations at our Russellville office. Troy is a licensed professional engineer in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. He has 22 years of experience managing and designing land development projects across various market sectors including commercial and municipal projects as well as single family and multifamily developments. He also has 8 years of engineering and operations experience in the nuclear industry.
Troy is a member of the Arkansas Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and the local Russellville chapter of the Rotary Club.
Troy and his wife Karen have a daughter and a son and live in Russellville.
