This is the first Topgolf complex in Arkansas. The site chosen was unique in shape and size, which required creative parking and drainage design to make the site functional while also meeting all city and client requirements. The site has 370 parking spaces and a two-story event center.

This project required reducing the footprint of a regional detention pond to accommodate the established ROW and the necessary footprint for the building and greens. The resulting two interconnected ponds system collects flow from 100 acres of development in Uptown Rogers, most of it offsite. Extensive coordination between the city and client was required to make this unique project layout work.
